World Record in Synchro Infinity Tumbling!
Wednesday, 21 November 2007

The Hungarian acro gurus swinged over their gliders 85 times.

Pal Takats and Gabor Kezi, the stars of the Hungarian paragliding scene set up the new world record in synchro infinty tumble.

The two pilots performed the most difficult existing acro maneuver in Ölüdeniz, Turkey in front of the spectators of Airgames Festival.

The infinity looks like they're jumping over the center of the glider. The two pilots were doing this maneuver several times in this season, but on competitions they did maximum 7 laps. Perhaps the record was inpired by the french superstar Antione Montant who performed 130 laps Infinty on the Coupe Icare Expo this autumn.

The justACRO pilots are about to make bigger record:

"That little fun in Turkey was just a warmup for a real record attempt: 200 laps Infinity Tumbling by jumping out from a hot air balloon."
